Zoe, our youngest daughter, has kept with the Beers' family tradition of not walking. She doesn't even crawl. She scoots. The shifts her weight forward and pulls herself along with her legs. It's quite funny.
She occasionally pulls herself to a standing position and shuffles along the couch or along a bench. She also has a walker that she likes to push around, but she hasn't made any progress walking unassisted.
Last night, Betsy and I decided to give Zoe a little prod in the direction of independent mobility. We asked our six-year old son, Jack, to document the event. This is the result.
Thank you,
Matt Beers
