"All this happened, more or less."

I was asked by my good friends at Two Bibliomaniacs to write a review of Slaughterhouse Five, a book that I just love to pieces. Last night I wrote that review... while two of my closest friends played video games in the same room. Not an environment conducive to creativity.

I'll be honest. I pretty much phoned it in. I feel very bad about it, so I've promised the editors that I would rewrite it.

So let me pose this question: Does it make much sense that I would put more effort into someone else's blog than I put into my own?
